Everything exceeded our expectations and then some! The place is even more stunning in person than any picture could capture. The pool is warm and super clean, wthe spa section is wonderfully relaxing with great water pressure. The sound system in the pool area is unbelievable! With numerous options on the smart TV. The movie theater area truly feels like the real deal with customizable lighting and an amazing sound system. It created the perfect ambiance for us. Geoff was an absolutely phenomenal host!!! He was incredibly responsive, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, and it was! His daughter was a delight, and my daughter couldn't stop raving about how fun and helpful she was. Geoff even kindly suggested activities like visiting the farm with him and setting up the fire pit for us. It’s evident he takes great pride in maintaining his property.. lots of work has been done. I loved this place, 10/10. Geoff is the best host I ever met and I will recommend this location to others. I will come back one day loved the pool, theatre was my favorite, beautiful house and huge front / backyard.

Geoff is the best hosting. The house was better than it was described. The pool was crystal clean, big, nice and warm and supper luxury. Plenty of towels were nicely folded and provided. You can see farm animals from the pool window. We only had 2 people so didn’t sleep at outside guest house (so cute) but we used the little kitchen to make sandwich, soup, pizza, etc. Geoff provides pretty much everything you need but if we need additional supplies, he was always available to provide them right away. The movie room is a night time gem. We watched Avatar, Jurassic Park, Harry porter with actual theater style. They have 1 bathroom downstairs. As long as we safely walk around pool area to go to bathroom, it’s very comfortable to use. It was great great vacation and can’t wait to visit again.

Geoff was a wonderful host. Immediately upon arriving he gave us a full tour of the house and grounds which are exactly like the photos. It is a stunning place. The four of us all slept in the guest house, which has a king sized bed and sleeper sofa, however there is also a bedroom attached to the movie theater which is located in the basement of the pool house. The guest house was very comfortable for the four of us, and the only complaint I will give is that that pool room tends to make the basement and basement bedroom smell like a pool which makes sense. We still utilized the movie theater / basement a ton and had lots of fun. There’s a farm next door and he even offered to take us there to see the animals. Geoff was kind and a great conversationalist but never made us feel like we didn’t have privacy either. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a great birthday celebration with family. Geoff accommodated us with whatever we needed. The pool is very beautiful. We spent hours there. I loved the decor and artwork. The property itself is a hidden gem, nestled in a beautiful location that's both tranquil and conveniently situated. It's rare to find a spot that combines serenity with easy access to local attractions, but this place does just that. What truly set this stay apart was the opportunity to host my bridal shower at this stunning location. Geoff was incredibly supportive, assisting us with the setup and generously providing supplies that made the event even more special. His thoughtfulness and attention to detail played a huge part in creating a memorable and joyful gathering.The amenities provided were endless, catering to our every possible need. I highly recommend this place, you won’t find anything like it!
