Great Property For Hosting Events in Princeton New Jersey
This property is available for events such as weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, birthdays, corporate events and other gatherings of 5 to 15 people. Pet-friendly estate includes almost 2 acres of fenced-in yard for dogs to run.
The property features 2 acres of outdoor gathering spaces and accommodations. Enjoy flowering trees and many species of flowering plants in the gardens. The 2 fountains feature fish, flowering plants and areas for sitting. The outdoor kitchen features Viking appliances - large grill, burners, fridge, bread warmer/slow cooker and sink. It comes with a set of pots, pans and utensils and a large counter for food prep.
Behind the outdoor Kitchen is a large outdoor fireplace with seating for about 8. Next to it is a pergola with a chandelier and teak furniture for another 6+ people.
There are 2 fire pits with seating areas in the yard. One is an easy-to-use gas fire pit with rich blue glass beads. The other is a smokeless fire pit in the woods with chairs, a couch and stumps for seating 10+ people.
The indoor pool area has hosted 20+ people for dining. The marble floors, original oil mural and large crystal chandelier provide an incredible space for casual to formal events.
In April, the flowering cherry tree is simply magnificent and the Wisteria, Magnolias and other flowering vines and trees add to the experience. Enjoy cocktails under the tree surrounded by tiki torches seated between the 2 fountains.
Later in the spring and into the summer, the gardens really come to life with many types of flowers, raspberries, honey suckle and lots of flowering plants.
The entire property is fenced (the wood-burning fire pit is outside the fence) for privacy and security. It also keeps the deer out of the flowers. We use animal-friendly spray for mosquitos and ticks as well.
