  Everything exceeded our expectations and then some! The place is even more stunning in person than any picture could capture. The pool is warm and super clean, wthe spa section is wonderfully relaxing with great water pressure. The sound system in the pool area is unbelievable! With numerous options on the smart TV. The movie theater area truly feels like the real deal with customizable lighting and an amazing sound system. It created the perfect ambiance for us. Geoff was an absolutely phenomenal host!!! He was incredibly responsive, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, and it was! His daughter was a delight, and my daughter couldn't stop raving about how fun and helpful she was. Geoff even kindly suggested activities like visiting the farm with him and setting up the fire pit for us. It’s evident he takes great pride in maintaining his property.. lots of work has been done. We highly recommend this place; we all had an incredible time!!

  I loved this place, 10/10. Geoff is the best host I ever met and I will recommend this location to others. I will come back one day loved the pool, theatre was my favorite, beautiful house and huge front / backyard.

  Geoff is the best hosting. The house was better than it was described. The pool was crystal clean, big, nice and warm and supper luxury. Plenty of towels were nicely folded and provided. You can see farm animals from the pool window. We only had 2 people so didn’t sleep at outside guest house (so cute) but we used the little kitchen to make sandwich, soup, pizza, etc. Geoff provides pretty much everything you need but if we need additional supplies, he was always available to provide them right away. The movie room is a night time gem. We watched Avatar, Jurassic Park, Harry porter with actual theater style. They have 1 bathroom downstairs. As long as we safely walk around pool area to go to bathroom, it’s very comfortable to use. It was great great vacation and can’t wait to visit again.

  Geoff was a wonderful host. Immediately upon arriving he gave us a full tour of the house and grounds which are exactly like the photos. It is a stunning place. The four of us all slept in the guest house, which has a king sized bed and sleeper sofa, however there is also a bedroom attached to the movie theater which is located in the basement of the pool house. The guest house was very comfortable for the four of us, and the only complaint I will give is that that pool room tends to make the basement and basement bedroom smell like a pool which makes sense. We still utilized the movie theater / basement a ton and had lots of fun. There’s a farm next door and he even offered to take us there to see the animals. Geoff was kind and a great conversationalist but never made us feel like we didn’t have privacy either. Would definitely stay here again.

  Geoff’s place was a wonderful place to spend the weekend. Everything was exactly as it showed in the listing. And it was all very comfortable and cozy. I would recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area.

  I had a great birthday celebration with family. Geoff accommodated us with whatever we needed. The pool is very beautiful. We spent hours there. I loved the decor and artwork. Perfect background for pictures! We also watched a movie in the theater. The kids had a blast! It was a great weekend with a great host!!

  Our stay at Geoff's Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the utmost hospitality and kindness. Geoff, the host, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, accommodating our every need with a warm and welcoming attitude. The property itself is a hidden gem, nestled in a beautiful location that's both tranquil and conveniently situated. It's rare to find a spot that combines serenity with easy access to local attractions, but this place does just that. What truly set this stay apart was the opportunity to host my bridal shower at this stunning location. Geoff was incredibly supportive, assisting us with the setup and generously providing supplies that made the event even more special. His thoughtfulness and attention to detail played a huge part in creating a memorable and joyful gathering.The amenities provided were endless, catering to our every possible need. I highly recommend this place, you won’t find anything like it!

Great Property For Hosting Events in Princeton New Jersey

This property is available for events such as weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, birthdays, corporate events and other gatherings of 5 to 15 people. Pet-friendly estate includes almost 2 acres of fenced-in yard for dogs to run.

The property features 2 acres of outdoor gathering spaces and accommodations. Enjoy flowering trees and many species of flowering plants in the gardens. The 2 fountains feature fish, flowering plants and areas for sitting. The outdoor kitchen features Viking appliances - large grill, burners, fridge, bread warmer/slow cooker and sink. It comes with a set of pots, pans and utensils and a large counter for food prep.

Behind the outdoor Kitchen is a large outdoor fireplace with seating for about 8. Next to it is a pergola with a chandelier and teak furniture for another 6+ people.

There are 2 fire pits with seating areas in the yard. One is an easy-to-use gas fire pit with rich blue glass beads. The other is a smokeless fire pit in the woods with chairs, a couch and stumps for seating 10+ people.

The indoor pool area has hosted 20+ people for dining. The marble floors, original oil mural and large crystal chandelier provide an incredible space for casual to formal events.

In April, the flowering cherry tree is simply magnificent and the Wisteria, Magnolias and other flowering vines and trees add to the experience. Enjoy cocktails under the tree surrounded by tiki torches seated between the 2 fountains.

Later in the spring and into the summer, the gardens really come to life with many types of flowers, raspberries, honey suckle and lots of flowering plants.

The entire property is fenced (the wood-burning fire pit is outside the fence) for privacy and security. It also keeps the deer out of the flowers. We use animal-friendly spray for mosquitos and ticks as well.
