The theater comfortably seats 7 with great in-wall sound, a huge screen and awesome atmosphere. The bedrooms feature lots of amenities. The space comes with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (downstairs from indoor pool). There are many activities onsite and nearby for couples, individuals and families.Â

The pool is warm and super clean, wthe spa section is wonderfully relaxing with great water pressure. The sound system in the pool area is unbelievable! With numerous options on the smart TV. The movie theater area truly feels like the real deal with customizable lighting and an amazing sound system. It created the perfect ambiance for us. Geoff was an absolutely phenomenal host!!! He was incredibly responsive, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, and it was! His daughter was a delight, and my daughter couldn't stop raving about how fun and helpful she was. Geoff even kindly suggested activities like visiting the farm with him and setting up the fire pit for us. It’s evident he takes great pride in maintaining his property.. lots of work has been done. We highly recommend this place; we all had an incredible time!!

Eun2024-03-29Geoff is the best hosting. The house was better than it was described. The pool was crystal clean, big, nice and warm and supper luxury. Plenty of towels were nicely folded and provided. You can see farm animals from the pool window. We only had 2 people so didn’t sleep at outside guest house (so cute) but we used the little kitchen to make sandwich, soup, pizza, etc. Geoff provides pretty much everything you need but if we need additional supplies, he was always available to provide them right away. The movie room is a night time gem. We watched Avatar, Jurassic Park, Harry porter with actual theater style. They have 1 bathroom downstairs. As long as we safely walk around pool area to go to bathroom, it’s very comfortable to use. It was great great vacation and can’t wait to visit again.
Tatiana2024-03-14Geoff was a wonderful host. Immediately upon arriving he gave us a full tour of the house and grounds which are exactly like the photos. It is a stunning place. The four of us all slept in the guest house, which has a king sized bed and sleeper sofa, however there is also a bedroom attached to the movie theater which is located in the basement of the pool house. The guest house was very comfortable for the four of us, and the only complaint I will give is that that pool room tends to make the basement and basement bedroom smell like a pool which makes sense. We still utilized the movie theater / basement a ton and had lots of fun. There’s a farm next door and he even offered to take us there to see the animals. Geoff was kind and a great conversationalist but never made us feel like we didn’t have privacy either. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is 2 miles from Princeton University, The Hun School, The Lawrenceville School, Princeton Day School and many of the other local attractions. There are about 100 restaurants that deliver here and tons of local shopping, farms and parks. We are less than 90 minutes away from most parts of New York City. We are about an hour from Philadelphia. Hiking, biking, kayaking, canoeing, shopping, gourmet foods, farms, historical landmarks, museums, 2 airports (TTN and PCT), Amtrak are all nearby.

With the Lawrenceville Hopewell Trail very near the property, you can walk, bike, run for miles. The trail connects to many local parks, the D&R Canal trail, Princeton, Lawrenceville and Hopewell. Local farms like Terhune and Cherry Grove offer events, excellent local food and drinks. Many places on the property and nearby to relax, exercise, write, study, work or meet with family and friends. Excellent Local Restaurants
There are over 100 restaurants within 5 miles of the property. From the world-class chef's table cuisine of Elements to the incredible local sandwiches of Lawrenceville Sandwich Shop to food from all over the world, you'll have no problem finding exceptional local choices - most within 2-3 miles. Locally, there are also great Indian, French, Japanese, Chinese and Middle-Eastern cuisine options. Lots of great NJ Pizza options locally too. For breakfast, you can't beat P.J.'s Pancakes, Jammin' Crepes or Bagel Nook. There are also over 20 local restaurants with outdoor seating.

Location for Music Videos and Movies
The pool and other features have been used in music videos and scenes from other productions. Philly-area rapper Black Anthem recorded the video for his upcoming single in the hot tub and marble staircase. He, his video co-star and film crew shot the video this fall. Check out his music!Â
We hosted a (top secret) music video shot at the property earlier this year as well. With a crew of about 20 people, they transformed the space!

Weekend Getaway From NYC
Easy access from New York City by car, train or bus. The property is less than 90 minutes from most locations in New York City by car. It's about 2 miles south of Princeton University. It's only about a 10 to 15 minute taxi ride from Princeton Junction to Trenton (TRE) train stations to the property. There are many commuter and Amtrak trains to choose from. There is also a direct bus line from Port Authority to Princeton. You can either take another bus from the same stop or a 5 minute cab ride. The second bus has a stop less than a block from the property. It's about 90 minutes door to door.

First of all, I booked the place for the pool - and the pool DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I floated all night in one of the many provided floaties, and soaked in the hot tub with the beautiful view through the panoramic windows. As a single female traveler, it was quiet, peaceful and relaxing.
When I arrived, Geoff met me and gave me a full tour with detailed instructions, which were very helpful, but then he disappeared and I had the privacy that I desired.
The grounds - even though I visited in the dead of winter - were lovely, and I enjoyed the fish pool. There is a fab (secluded in the woods) fire pit, but it was a little chilly for me to want to venture out to that. Horses and alpacas in the view next door.

The space itself is magnificent. Though we did use and enjoy the pool and theater, we had other plans for this trip and spent most of our time away from the house. I would definitely go back just for a vacation at the property.
During the stay Geoff responded very quickly to the couple questions we had, and we felt very well taken care of. He is a very friendly guy, and meeting him (albeit pretty briefly) was a treat as well.

There's lots to do on our property, including enjoying this smokeless fire pit in a clearing in the woods at the back of our property. With very little local light pollution, this is a great place to sit and enjoy nature, see the stars or light up the fire pit and enjoy its wonderful warmth and beauty.
These are some of many outdoor seating areas available on the property. The gas fire pit is just outside the private indoor swimming pool and next to the newly renovated outside bedroom. In the spring, the flowering trees and wysteria vines are particularly nice in this area. There is lots of outdoor furniture and dozens of folding chairs available for more seating in areas like these.
This sculpture was carved from once piece of granite. Weighing about 1000 pounds, it's the centerpiece of this fountain that's also full of goldfish and other wildlife.
